CVE-2025-49796 1 Redhat 16 Cert Manager, Discovery, Enterprise Linux and 13 more 2026-10-08 9.1 Critical
A vulnerability was found in libxml2. Processing certain sch:name elements from the input XML file can trigger a memory corruption issue. This flaw allows an attacker to craft a malicious XML input file that can lead libxml to crash, resulting in a denial of service or other possible undefined behavior due to sensitive data being corrupted in memory.
CVE-2025-9566 1 Redhat 9 Enterprise Linux, Hummingbird, Openshift and 6 more 2026-10-08 8.1 High
There's a vulnerability in podman where an attacker may use the kube play command to overwrite host files when the kube file container a Secrete or a ConfigMap volume mount and such volume contains a symbolic link to a host file path. In a successful attack, the attacker can only control the target file to be overwritten but not the content to be written into the file. Binary-Affected: podman Upstream-version-introduced: v4.0.0 Upstream-version-fixed: v5.6.1
CVE-2026-16313 1 Redhat 10 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Openshift and 7 more 2026-10-08 7.6 High
A flaw was found in sg3_utils. The sg_inq command, when invoked with the --export option, outputs device identification data without sanitizing control characters in SCSI name string fields. A newline character embedded in a device-supplied name string can inject arbitrary properties into the udev device database. This could allow an attacker who can present a crafted SCSI device to execute arbitrary commands as root when the device is disconnected.
CVE-2026-14474 1 Redhat 9 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Openshift and 6 more 2026-10-08 8.8 High
A flaw was found in SSSD's LDAP sudo provider. When the ldap_sudo_search_base option is not explicitly configured, SSSD searches the entire LDAP directory tree for sudoRole objects. An authenticated attacker with write access to any subtree can inject a sudoRole object granting root-level sudo privileges on all SSSD-enrolled hosts.
CVE-2026-1933 2 Redhat, Samba 10 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Openshift and 7 more 2026-10-08 7.1 High
A flaw was found in Samba’s handling of NTFS-style reparse points on shares configured with read only = yes. Due to missing SMB-layer access checks, authenticated users with underlying filesystem write permissions may create or delete reparse point metadata through SMB operations even on read-only exports. This could allow modification of SMB-visible file behavior, including converting files into symbolic links or other reparse point types.
CVE-2020-25649 7 Apache, Fasterxml, Fedoraproject and 4 more 50 Iotdb, Jackson-databind, Fedora and 47 more 2026-10-08 7.5 High
A flaw was found in FasterXML Jackson Databind, where it did not have entity expansion secured properly. This flaw allows vulnerability to XML external entity (XXE) attacks. The highest threat from this vulnerability is data integrity.
CVE-2020-11619 5 Debian, Fasterxml, Netapp and 2 more 31 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Active Iq Unified Manager and 28 more 2026-10-08 8.1 High
FasterXML jackson-databind 2.x before 2.9.10.4 mishandles the interaction between serialization gadgets and typing, related to org.springframework.aop.config.MethodLocatingFactoryBean (aka spring-aop).
CVE-2020-13956 5 Apache, Netapp, Oracle and 2 more 27 Httpclient, Active Iq Unified Manager, Snapcenter and 24 more 2026-10-08 5.3 Medium
Apache HttpClient versions prior to version 4.5.13 and 5.0.3 can misinterpret malformed authority component in request URIs passed to the library as java.net.URI object and pick the wrong target host for request execution.
CVE-2019-20330 5 Debian, Fasterxml, Netapp and 2 more 40 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Active Iq Unified Manager and 37 more 2026-10-08 9.8 Critical
FasterXML jackson-databind 2.x before 2.9.10.2 lacks certain net.sf.ehcache blocking.
CVE-2026-18839 2 Popt-devel, Redhat 6 Popt-static, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 3 more 2026-10-08 2.2 Low
An integer underflow was found in the popt library when formatting help text for option tables that exceed the terminal width. A local user who can cause an application to print help under those conditions may cause that application to crash or fail to display help, resulting in a denial of service of the affected application.
CVE-2026-18156 2 Ibm, Redhat 3 Financial Transaction Manager, Financial Transaction Manager Ftmfor Redhat Openshift, Openshift 2026-10-08 6.5 Medium
