CVSS v3.1 |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Kernel allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to 7.1.2-31, a client connected to the distributed pixel cache server can send crafted pixel data that triggers an integer-size calculation error and a heap buffer overwrite, crashing the server. This issue is fixed in version 7.1.2-31. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Push Notifications allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in OpenSSH for Windows allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Event Tracing allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| 在 openGauss-server 的 src/gausskernel/cbb/utils/hll/hll.cpp 中,内置函数 HllObjectUnpack() 存在长度校验缺陷。 hll_in()、hll_print()、hll_cardinality() 等 SQL 入口会走同一解包路径。因此,普通数据库连接用户只需构造 lenTotal 小于 lenUsed 的畸形 packed HLL(例如经 ::hll 进入 hll_in()),即可触发服务端堆越界写,存在内存破坏风险。此问题随 packed HLL 解包函数 HllObjectUnpack() 进入代码,v2.1.0 起即存在。 |
| libaribb24 (aribb24) through 1.0.3 contains a heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in src/parser.c that allows attackers to corrupt heap memory via an oversized caption data unit. Attackers can supply a crafted caption PES packet in a media file or broadcast stream, processed through arib_parse_pes(), to crash FFmpeg or VLC and possibly corrupt further memory. |

| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows iSCSI allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| FreeRDP before 3.32.1 contains a heap-based buffer overflow in the server-side rdpsnd channel because an integer wraparound in rdpsnd_server_select_format() DVI_ADPCM block-alignment arithmetic bypasses validation. A malicious RDP client can send two SNDC_FORMATS PDUs with an nBlockAlign too small for nChannels, causing an unbounded heap write during server audio playback, potentially enabling code execution. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
nvmet-auth: reject short AUTH_RECEIVE buffers
nvmet_execute_auth_receive() trusts the AUTH_RECEIVE allocation length
after checking only that it is nonzero and matches the transfer length.
In the SUCCESS1 and FAILURE1/default states, that lets a remote NVMe-oF
initiator reach the fixed-size DH-HMAC-CHAP response builders with a
kmalloc() buffer shorter than the response, so nvmet_auth_success1() and
nvmet_auth_failure1() write past the allocation; both only WARN_ON the
short length and then format the message anyway.
Impact: A remote NVMe-oF initiator with access to an auth-enabled target
can trigger a 16-byte heap out-of-bounds write via a one-byte
AUTH_RECEIVE allocation length.
Compute the minimum response length for the current DH-HMAC-CHAP step in
nvmet_auth_receive_data_len() and report a zero data length when the
host-supplied allocation length is shorter, so the existing zero-length
check in nvmet_execute_auth_receive() rejects the command before any
builder runs. The SUCCESS1 minimum is sizeof(struct
nvmf_auth_dhchap_success1_data) plus the HMAC hash length, because the
response hash is written into the rval[] flexible-array tail, so the
minimum is state dependent rather than a flat sizeof. CHALLENGE keeps its
existing variable-length guard in nvmet_auth_challenge().
This is reachable only when in-band DH-HMAC-CHAP authentication is
configured on the target. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
usb: gadget: midi2: Fix the jack descriptor array sizes
The jack in/out descriptor arrays in struct f_midi2_usb_config have
the size of MAX_CABLES, which look reasonable -- but it turned out to
be incorrect. Namely, the entries for those arrays are added from
both inputs and outputs, hence for each loop cycle, it adds two, ended
up with as twice as the expected size. This inconsistency may result
in potential OOB when a large number of jacks are set up via configfs,
although the max number of cables (the loop count) is limited to
MAX_CABLES.
For addressing it, correct the jack_ins & jack_outs array sizes to
twice, MAX_CABLES * 2. |
