CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Bluetooth: SMP: force responder MITM requirements before building the pairing response
smp_cmd_pairing_req() currently builds the pairing response from the
initiator auth_req before enforcing the local BT_SECURITY_HIGH
requirement. If the initiator omits SMP_AUTH_MITM, the response can
also omit it even though the local side still requires MITM.
tk_request() then sees an auth value without SMP_AUTH_MITM and may
select JUST_CFM, making method selection inconsistent with the pairing
policy the responder already enforces.
When the local side requires HIGH security, first verify that MITM can
be achieved from the IO capabilities and then force SMP_AUTH_MITM in the
response in both rsp.auth_req and auth. This keeps the responder auth bits
and later method selection aligned. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Bluetooth: L2CAP: Fix missing key size check for L2CAP_LE_CONN_REQ
This adds a check for encryption key size upon receiving
L2CAP_LE_CONN_REQ which is required by L2CAP/LE/CFC/BV-15-C which
expects L2CAP_CR_LE_BAD_KEY_SIZE. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
crypto: krb5enc - fix async decrypt skipping hash verification
krb5enc_dispatch_decrypt() sets req->base.complete as the skcipher
callback, which is the caller's own completion handler. When the
skcipher completes asynchronously, this signals "done" to the caller
without executing krb5enc_dispatch_decrypt_hash(), completely bypassing
the integrity verification (hash check).
Compare with the encrypt path which correctly uses
krb5enc_encrypt_done as an intermediate callback to chain into the
hash computation on async completion.
Fix by adding krb5enc_decrypt_done as an intermediate callback that
chains into krb5enc_dispatch_decrypt_hash() upon async skcipher
completion, matching the encrypt path's callback pattern.
Also fix EBUSY/EINPROGRESS handling throughout: remove
krb5enc_request_complete() which incorrectly swallowed EINPROGRESS
notifications that must be passed up to callers waiting on backlogged
requests, and add missing EBUSY checks in krb5enc_encrypt_ahash_done
for the dispatch_encrypt return value.
Unset MAY_BACKLOG on the async completion path so the user won't
see back-to-back EINPROGRESS notifications. |
| IBM Concert 1.0 through 3.0.0 uses weaker than expected cryptographic algorithms that could allow an attacker to decrypt highly sensitive information. |
| A vulnerability has been found in diem-project diem up to 5.1.3. This affects an unknown part of the file lib/model/doctrine/PluginDmUser.class.php of the component SHA1 Handler. Such manipulation of the argument salt/password leads to password hash with insufficient computational effort. The attack needs to be performed locally. The attack requires a high level of complexity. It is indicated that the exploitability is difficult. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. |
| Cryptography misuse in Storage: Quota Manager component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox ESR 153.4, Thunderbird 157, Thunderbird 153.4, and Firefox 157. |
| Simple Admin Core through 1.8.7 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to forge super administrator tokens by using the hard-coded Auth.AccessSecret in api/etc/core.yaml. Attackers can sign a JWT with the public secret and roleId claim 001 to gain full administrative control over users, roles, menus, API authorities, configuration and tokens. |
| An Hardcoded Cryptographic Key vulnerability existed in Trellix Agent 5.8.4 via mfecryptc.dll leads to Database Decryption by Regular Users. |
| The EnergizeLab FirmwareUpdater (AArch64 ELF, distributed in the CDN bin.zip) uses a single hard-coded AES key shared by all installations. An attacker who recovers the key from the updater can decrypt and forge firmware packages for any device that trusts it. |
| netdisk-fast-download through 0.4.8 contains an information disclosure vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to retrieve donated netdisk credentials via the /v2/randomAuth endpoint in ParserApi. Attackers can repeatedly call the endpoint and decrypt the encryptedAuth blob using the hard-coded AES key nfd_auth_key2026 to recover other users' cloud-drive cookies, tokens, or passwords. |
| DataBuff ai-apm-web through 0.1.10 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to forge admin session tokens by using the hardcoded HMAC secret in JwtTokenService. Attackers can sign a payload of admin and a future expiry with the default dev-secret to gain full administrative access to protected /webapi routes, including the Doris SQL query API. |
| Use of a broken or risky cryptographic algorithm in Windows Remote Desktop allows an unauthorized attacker to bypass a security feature over a network. |
| go-ldap-admin through 0.6.2 embeds a hard-coded RSA private key, published in the public repository, that protects encrypted login passwords. Unauthenticated attackers who capture encrypted passwords can decrypt them offline or via the /base/decryptpwd endpoint, recovering cleartext LDAP credentials for reuse. |
| A flaw has been found in LMCache up to 0.5.4. This affects the function hex_hash_to_int16 of the file lmcache/integration/vllm/utils.py of the component KV Cache Handler. Executing a manipulation can lead to use of weak hash. The attack needs to be launched locally. The attack requires a high level of complexity. It is indicated that the exploitability is difficult. The exploit has been published and may be used. Upgrading to version 0.5.5 is able to mitigate this issue. This patch is called ce08eea76ce5898200efee55f4932fd07a7cabeb. It is suggested to upgrade the affected component. A contributor of the project confirms: "hex_hash_to_int16() was introduced in 0.3.1 (PR #882, commit f5174701). It is not present in 0.3.0, and it is still present in 0.4.7 through 0.5.4." |
| SeaweedFS is a distributed storage system for files and blobs. From 4.0.388 until 4.41, the SFTP Helm chart embedded one unencrypted Ed25519 private host key in k8s/charts/seaweedfs/templates/sftp/sftp-secret.yaml as stringData.seaweedfs_sftp_ssh_private_key. A standalone deployment presented that public key when sftp.enabled and sftp.enableAuth were true, sftp.existingConfigSecret was not supplied, the legacy sftp.sshPrivateKey path remained selected, a valid config-ssh Secret allowed startup, and hostKeysFolder did not provide a later Ed25519 signer. An attacker able to redirect or intercept client traffic could impersonate that SFTP endpoint to clients that trusted the published host identity, exposing password credentials or data sent to the rogue endpoint. Default all-in-one and non-authenticated standalone paths did not load the key. This issue is fixed in version 4.41. |
| MCP Context Forge is an MCP gateway and administrative platform. Prior to 1.0.2, mcpgateway/config.py and .env.example ship a known JWT_SECRET_KEY, while verify_jwt_token() accepts HS256 tokens signed with that key and get_current_user() creates a platform administrator when the token subject matches PLATFORM_ADMIN_EMAIL and REQUIRE_USER_IN_DB is false. A remote unauthenticated attacker can therefore mint accepted administrator tokens without a database account. While the vulnerable signing key remains configured and the platform-admin bootstrap remains enabled, forged access survives password rotation, account deletion, and session revocation, allowing administrative disclosure, modification, and service disruption. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.2. |
| FastapiAdmin through 3.0 contains a hard-coded JWT signing secret in backend/app/config/setting.py that allows low-privileged users to forge tokens impersonating the superuser. Attackers can register via the unauthenticated /api/v1/system/user/register endpoint, log in, and forge an HS256 token keeping their session_id but naming the superuser in user_name to gain superuser privileges. |
| IBM Db2 Genius Hub 1.0 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to bypass security restrictions due to a missing initialization vector in the cryptographic algorithm. |
| data-platform-open through commit efeacd3 uses a hardcoded, publicly known default AES key in AesPasswordEncAndDecServiceImpl, allowing authenticated attackers to decrypt stored datasource passwords. Attackers can obtain ciphertext passwords from the datasource detail API, for example via cross-workspace IDOR, and decrypt them offline to recover plaintext database credentials. |
| OpenBMB StaffDeck through 0.5.6 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to forge administrator session tokens using the hard-coded default app_secret. Attackers can sign an HMAC-SHA256 token for the seeded 'admin' user in 'tenant_demo' to gain full tenant administration, including stored model and channel credentials. |
