CVSS v3.1 |
A flaw was found in Keycloak. A significant Broken Access Control vulnerability exists in the UserManagedPermissionService (UMA Protection API). When updating or deleting a UMA policy associated with multiple resources, the authorization check only verifies the caller's ownership against the first resource in the policy's list. This allows a user (Owner A) who owns one resource (RA) to update a shared policy and modify authorization rules for other resources (e.g., RB) in that same policy, even if those other resources are owned by a different user (Owner B). This constitutes a horizontal privilege escalation.
A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, has been found in Eastnets PaymentSafe 2.5.26.0. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /Default.aspx of the component URL Handler. The manipulation leads to improper authorization. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. Upgrading to version 2.5.27.0 is able to address this issue.
A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, was found in pbrong hrms up to 1.0.1. This affects the function HrmsDB of the file \resource\resource.go. The manipulation of the argument user_cookie leads to improper authorization. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
OpenObserve is a cloud-native observability platform. A vulnerability in the user management endpoint `/api/{org_id}/users/{email_id}` allows an "Admin" role user to remove a "Root" user from the organization. This violates the intended privilege hierarchy, enabling a non-root user to remove the highest-privileged account. Due to insufficient role checks, the `remove_user_from_org` function does not prevent an "Admin" user from removing a "Root" user. As a result, an attacker with an "Admin" role can remove critical "Root" users, potentially gaining effective full control by eliminating the highest-privileged accounts. The `DELETE /api/{org_id}/users/{email_id}` endpoint is affected. This issue has been addressed in release version `0.14.1` and all users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability.
GMOD Apollo does not have sufficient logical or access checks when updating a user's information. This could result in an attacker being able to escalate privileges for themselves or others.
A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, has been found in Shenzhen Sixun Software Sixun Shanghui Group Business Management System 7. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file /WebPages/Adm/OperatorStop.asp of the component Reset Password Interface. The manipulation of the argument OperId leads to improper authorization. The attack may be initiated remotely. The complexity of an attack is rather high. The exploitation is known to be difficult. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A security flaw has been discovered in Shenzhen Sixun Business Management System 7/11. This affects an unknown part of the file /Adm/OperatorStop. Performing manipulation results in improper authorization. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be exploited.
A local privilege escalation vulnerability exists in lastore-daemon, the system package manager daemon used in Deepin Linux (developed by Wuhan Deepin Technology Co., Ltd.). In versions 0.9.53-1 (Deepin 15.5) and 0.9.66-1 (Deepin 15.7), the D-Bus configuration permits any user in the sudo group to invoke the InstallPackage method without password authentication. By default, the first user created on Deepin is in the sudo group. An attacker with shell access can craft a .deb package containing a malicious post-install script and use dbus-send to install it via lastore-daemon, resulting in arbitrary code execution as root.
| Kea configuration and API directives can be used to load a malicious hook library. Many common configurations run Kea as root, leave the API entry points unsecured by default, and/or place the control sockets in insecure paths.
This issue affects Kea versions 2.4.0 through 2.4.1, 2.6.0 through 2.6.2, and 2.7.0 through 2.7.8. |
In versions 1.0.67 and lower of the Splunk App for SOAR, the Splunk documentation for that app recommended adding the `admin_all_objects` capability to the `splunk_app_soar` role. This addition could lead to improper access control for a low-privileged user that does not hold the "admin" Splunk roles.
A vulnerability was found in China Mobile P22g-CIac, ZXWT-MIG-P4G4V, ZXWT-MIG-P8G8V, GT3200-4G4P and GT3200-8G8P up to 20250305. It has been declared as problematic. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the component Telnet Service. The manipulation leads to improper authorization. The attack can only be initiated within the local network. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
The JetFormBuilder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to privilege escalation in all versions up to, and including, 3.3.4.1. This is due to improper restriction on user meta fields. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level and above permissions, to register as super-admins on the sites configured as multi-sites.
The Docker image from acme.sh before 40b6db6 is based on a .github/workflows/dockerhub.yml file that lacks "persist-credentials: false" for actions/checkout.
Omnissa Horizon Client for Windows contains an LPE Vulnerability. A malicious actor with local access where Horizon Client for Windows is installed may be able to elevate privileges.
Label Studio is an open source data labeling tool. A path traversal vulnerability in Label Studio SDK versions prior to 1.0.10 allows unauthorized file access outside the intended directory structure. The flaw exists in the VOC, COCO and YOLO export functionalities. These functions invoke a `download` function on the `label-studio-sdk` python package, which fails to validate file paths when processing image references during task exports. By creating tasks with path traversal sequences in the image field, an attacker can force the application to read files from arbitrary server filesystem locations when exporting projects in any of the mentioned formats. This is authentication-required vulnerability allowing arbitrary file reads from the server filesystem. It may lead to potential exposure of sensitive information like configuration files, credentials, and confidential data. Label Studio versions before 1.16.0 specified SDK versions prior to 1.0.10 as dependencies, and the issue was confirmed in Label Studio version 1.13.2.dev0; therefore, Label Studio users should upgrade to 1.16.0 or newer to mitigate it.
A vulnerability has been found in mingyuefusu 明月复苏 tushuguanlixitong 图书管理系统 up to d4836f6b49cd0ac79a4021b15ce99ff7229d4694 and classified as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is the function doFilter of the file /admin/ of the component Backend. The manipulation of the argument Request leads to improper access controls. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
The Linux deprivileged user vpuser in Radiflow iSAP Smart Collector (CentOS 7 - VSAP 1.20) can read the entire file system content, including files belonging to other users and having restricted access (like, for example, the root password hash).
A flaw was found in the Observability Operator. The Operator creates a ServiceAccount with *ClusterRole* upon deployment of the *Namespace-Scoped* Custom Resource MonitorStack. This issue allows an adversarial Kubernetes Account with only namespaced-level roles, for example, a tenant controlling a namespace, to create a MonitorStack in the authorized namespace and then elevate permission to the cluster level by impersonating the ServiceAccount created by the Operator, resulting in privilege escalation and other issues.
A vulnerability was found in GL.iNet GL-A1300 Slate Plus, GL-AR300M16 Shadow, GL-AR300M Shadow, GL-AR750 Creta, GL-AR750S-EXT Slate, GL-AX1800 Flint, GL-AXT1800 Slate AX, GL-B1300 Convexa-B, GL-B3000 Marble, GL-BE3600 Slate 7, GL-E750, GL-E750V2 Mudi, GL-MT300N-V2 Mango, GL-MT1300 Beryl, GL-MT2500 Brume 2, GL-MT3000 Beryl AX, GL-MT6000 Flint 2, GL-SFT1200 Opal, GL-X300B Collie, GL-X750 Spitz, GL-X3000 Spitz AX, GL-XE300 Puli and GL-XE3000 Puli AX 4.x. It has been rated as problematic. This issue affects some unknown processing of the component Download Interface. The manipulation leads to improper authorization. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component.
Karmada is a Kubernetes management system that allows users to run cloud-native applications across multiple Kubernetes clusters and clouds. Prior to version 1.12.0, the PULL mode clusters registered with the `karmadactl register` command have excessive privileges to access control plane resources. By abusing these permissions, an attacker able to authenticate as the karmada-agent to a karmada cluster would be able to obtain administrative privileges over the entire federation system including all registered member clusters. Since Karmada v1.12.0, command `karmadactl register` restricts the access permissions of pull mode member clusters to control plane resources. This way, an attacker able to authenticate as the karmada-agent cannot control other member clusters in Karmada. As a workaround, one may restrict the access permissions of pull mode member clusters to control plane resources according to Karmada Component Permissions Docs.
