| CVE-2026-63570 | 2 Bouncycastle, Legion Of The Bouncy Castle Inc. | 2 Bc-csharp, Bc-csharp | 2026-10-28 | 7.5 High |
| Loop with unreachable exit condition in Pkcs12Store.GetCertificateChain in Legion of the Bouncy Castle Inc. bc-csharp before 2.7.0 allows an attacker who can supply a crafted PKCS#12 file to an application that loads it and requests a key entry's certificate chain to cause a denial of service, in which the call never returns and consumes CPU and memory until an OutOfMemoryException, via certificates whose issuer links form a cycle, for example two certificates whose AuthorityKeyIdentifier extensions each identify the other's public key. This happens because the chain-building loop stops only when no issuer is found or a certificate links to itself, and keeps no record of certificates already visited. The key-identifier links are followed without checking signatures. | ||||

| CVE-2026-105420 | 1 Wing Soft Technology | 1 Wing Ftp Server | 2026-10-28 | N/A |
| Wing FTP Server does not verify user's base folder. An attacker with admin privileges can add user directories via scripts, allowing the added directories to escape the base folder. This allows the attacker to write files on the system and can lead to remote code execution with process owner privileges.Critically, since the installation guide mentions running the command with `sudo`, the files are created as “root.” This issue was fixed in version 8.2.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-63571 | 2 Bouncycastle, Legion Of The Bouncy Castle Inc. | 2 Bc-csharp, Bc-csharp | 2026-10-28 | 7.5 High |
| Improper verification of cryptographic signature in the attribute certificate path validator (PkixAttrCertPathValidator, also used by PkixAttrCertPathBuilder) in Legion of the Bouncy Castle Inc. bc-csharp before 2.7.0 allows a remote attacker to have a forged X.509 attribute certificate accepted as valid, and so obtain whatever roles or privileges an application grants on the strength of its attributes, via an attribute certificate that names a trusted attribute authority as its issuer but was not signed by it, because the RFC 3281 validation steps check the holder and issuer certification paths, validity period, extensions and revocation status but never verify the attribute certificate's signature with the issuer's public key. Only applications that use these classes to validate attribute certificates are affected. | ||||
| CVE-2026-63572 | 2 Bouncycastle, Legion Of The Bouncy Castle Inc. | 2 Bc-csharp, Bc-csharp | 2026-10-28 | 7.5 High |
| Allocation of resources without limits in PKCS#12 keystore loading (Pkcs12Store.Load) in Legion of the Bouncy Castle Inc. bc-csharp before 2.7.0 allows an attacker who can supply a PKCS#12 (PFX) file to cause a denial of service through CPU exhaustion via an iteration count close to 2^31 in the file's MacData or in the PBE parameters of an encrypted SafeContents or shrouded key bag, because the counts are taken from the file without an upper bound and the key derivation runs before the MAC or the password can be checked. A zero or negative count is covered by CVE-2026-63575. Pkcs12Utilities.ConvertToDefiniteLength is also affected. | ||||

| CVE-2026-87099 | 1 Acronis | 1 Acronis Cyber Protect 17 | 2026-10-28 | N/A |

| CVE-2026-99121 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-28 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv4: avoid divide by zero in fib_rebalance fib_rebalance() computes the total eligible nexthop weight in one pass and programs upper bounds in a second pass. A concurrent change to ignore_routes_with_linkdown can make the first pass return zero while the second pass sees an eligible nexthop, resulting in division by zero. If the first pass reports a zero total, set each nexthop upper bound to -1 and skip the division. This matches the IPv6 fix in commit d2c26c2911dd ("ipv6: avoid divide by zero in rt6_multipath_rebalance") and preserves the lock-free rebalance path. | ||||
| CVE-2026-99146 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-28 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/i915/dmc: Add sanity check for DMC load address For DMC firmware header version 3, the firmware load address is stored in dmc_info->start_mmioaddr and later used by dmc_load_program(). Unlike the MMIO address table, the firmware load address is not validated. Add a sanity check to ensure it is within the valid range. | CVE-2026-99147 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-28 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/exec: don't immediately add prelocked obj to array of locked objs When a contention is detected the drm_exec object grabs a reference to the contended object, unlocks all other objects and pre-locks the contended one before anything else. The problem is that it is possible that this pre-locked object was about to be destroyed and drm_exec is now holding the last reference to it. So we never actually see this pre-locked object again to be explicitly locked and so also never reserve a slot for a dma_fence object on it. Should the driver now use drm_exec_for_each_locked_object() to add a new fence to all locked objects we eventually see a warning or even a BUG_ON() to prevent random memory corruption. Fix this by keeping the prelocked object out of the array of locked objs until it was explicitly mentioned by the driver again. If the prelocked object is never mentioned again by the driver just unlock and drop the reference at the end of the locking loop. | ||||
| CVE-2026-99149 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-28 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu: fix GEM object leak on ENOMEM in userptr ioctl When amdgpu_hmm_range_alloc() fails amdgpu_gem_userptr_ioctl() returns -ENOMEM right away and skips the cleanup every other error path goes through. The GEM object, the bo->parent reference on the VM root and the MMU notifier registration are all left behind. Use release_object here, not user_pages_done, range is still NULL at this point. | CVE-2026-99150 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-28 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu: don't drop the runtime PM reference twice in amdgpu_gpr amdgpu_debugfs_gpr_read() drops its runtime PM reference right after reading the wave registers. When copying them to userspace fails, it jumps to the err label, which drops the reference a second time. A read into a bad buffer on Navi31 either steals a reference somebody else holds (power/runtime_usage goes from 1 to 0) or underflows the count: amdgpu 0000:03:00.0: Runtime PM usage count underflow! The registers are already in the kernel buffer at that point, so finish the hardware access first and copy the buffer with a single copy_to_user() instead of the put_user() loop with its own error path.
