| ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to 7.1.2-31, a crafted XMP profile can trigger excessive work while the parser determines a rational value's numerator and denominator, causing denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 7.1.2-31. |
| ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to 7.1.2-31 and 6.9.13-56, a missing security-policy check in the CUT encoder allows a crafted local encoding operation to read data that policy should deny and can also cause a crash. This issue is fixed in versions 7.1.2-31 and 6.9.13-56. |
| ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to 7.1.2-30 and 6.9.13-55, a crafted XMP profile can reach a recursion limit that is handled as a fatal condition instead of an ordinary exception, terminating the image-processing process. This issue is fixed in versions 7.1.2-30 and 6.9.13-55. |
| ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to 7.1.2-30 and 6.9.13-55, a crafted highly compressed MAT image can make the MAT decoder create temporary files larger than the configured security-policy limit, bypassing resource restrictions and consuming excessive disk space. This issue is fixed in versions 7.1.2-30 and 6.9.13-55. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Solaris product of Oracle Systems (component: Filesystems). The supported version that is affected is 11.4. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Oracle Solaris executes to compromise Oracle Solaris. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Oracle Solaris. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 5.5 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H). |
| A flaw was found in Hibernate Validator starting with version 5.4.1. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by submitting specially crafted input containing unescaped message parameters. Improper escaping allows user-supplied data to be re-evaluated during Expression Language (EL) processing, leading to excessive resource consumption and application unresponsiveness. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Bluetooth: hci_sync: Set HCI_CMD_DRAIN_WORKQUEUE during device close
Since hci_dev_close_sync() can now be called during the reset path, we
should also set HCI_CMD_DRAIN_WORKQUEUE. This avoids queuing timeouts
while the hdev workqueue is being drained. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net/mlx5e: xsk: Fix DMA and xdp_frame leak on XDP_TX xmit failure
In the XSK branch of mlx5e_xmit_xdp_buff(), when sq->xmit_xdp_frame()
returns false (e.g. XDPSQ is full), the function returns without
unmapping the DMA address or freeing the xdp_frame allocated by
xdp_convert_zc_to_xdp_frame(). The xdpi_fifo push only happens on
success, so the completion path cannot recover these entries.
With CONFIG_DMA_API_DEBUG=y, the leak surfaces on driver unbind:
DMA-API: pci 0000:08:00.0: device driver has pending DMA
allocations while released from device [count=1116]
One of leaked entries details: [device address=0x000000010ffd7028]

Add the missing unmap + xdp_return_frame, matching the cleanup already
done in mlx5e_xdp_xmit(). has_frags is rejected earlier in this branch,
so no per-frag unmap is needed. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Outside In Technology product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Outside In Clean Content SDK). The supported version that is affected is 8.5.8. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Oracle Outside In Technology executes to compromise Oracle Outside In Technology. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Oracle Outside In Technology accessible data as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Outside In Technology accessible data and unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Oracle Outside In Technology. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 6.6 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:H/A:L). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/amdgpu/gfx6: fix firmware leak on teardown
The firmware requested in gfx_v6_0_init_microcode() is not released
when the GFX block is torn down, leaking the firmware resources.
Add gfx_v6_0_free_microcode() and call it from gfx_v6_0_sw_fini()
to release the PFP, ME, CE and RLC firmware.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/mediatek: Fix ovl adaptor platform device leak
mtk_drm_probe() creates an OVL adaptor platform device with
platform_device_register_data() when the display pipeline requires the
OVL adaptor.
If a later initialization step fails, the probe error path releases
the DRM resources without unregistering the already registered OVL
adaptor device. The normal remove path likewise leaves the device
registered after the DRM driver is unbound.
Keep track of whether the OVL adaptor was successfully registered and
unregister it on probe failure. Also recover the platform device from
the stored DDP component device and unregister it during normal
removal.
The issue was identified by a static analysis tool I developed and
confirmed by manual review. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/amdgpu: fix IP instance memory leak on kobject add failure
amdgpu_discovery_sysfs_ips() allocates ip_hw_instance with
kzalloc_flex() and initializes its embedded kobject before calling
kobject_add().
If kobject_add() fails, the return value is ignored and execution
continues without dropping the initial kobject reference. The failed
kobject is not retained in the kset list, so the normal sysfs teardown
path cannot find it. As a result, ip_hw_instance_release() is never
called and the ip_hw_instance allocation is leaked.
Call kobject_put() when kobject_add() fails so the initial reference is
dropped and ip_hw_instance_release() can free the allocation. Keep the
existing best-effort sysfs behavior by continuing with the remaining IP
entries after the failed registration.
The issue was identified by a static analysis tool I developed and
confirmed by manual review.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/amdgpu: fix ACP MFD device leak on init failure
acp_hw_init() registers ACP child devices with mfd_add_devices() before
attaching them to the ACP power domain and initializing the hardware.
If attaching a child to the power domain fails, or if the ACP reset or
clock enable operation times out, the failure path frees only the
source cell, resource, and platform-data allocations. The child
platform devices already registered by mfd_add_devices() remain
registered and are never released.
Remove the children from the power domain and unregister the MFD
devices on failures that occur after mfd_add_devices() succeeds. Keep
mfd_add_devices() failures on the existing cleanup path since the MFD
core already rolls back partially registered children itself.
The issue was identified by a static analysis tool I developed and
confirmed by manual review.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
serial: ma35d1: Fix clock reference leak in ma35d1serial_probe()
of_clk_get() returns a clock with a reference that has to be released
with clk_put(). ma35d1serial_probe() never does that, so the reference
is leaked on the probe error paths and also when the port is removed.
Release it on the error paths and in ma35d1serial_remove(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
HID: alps: unregister DualPoint Stick input device on remove
alps_input_configured() allocates a second input device ("DualPoint
Stick") with input_allocate_device() and registers it, but the
alps_driver struct has no .remove handler and input2 is not tracked in
hdev->inputs. The default remove path (hid_hw_stop -> hidinput_disconnect)
only iterates hdev->inputs, so input2 is never unregistered and leaks
on every device removal.
Add a .remove handler that stops the device first (preventing URB
callbacks from touching input2 during teardown) and then unregisters
input2. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
smb/server: fix tree connection leak in smb2_tree_connect()
See the procedure below:
smb2_tree_connect
ksmbd_tree_conn_connect
xa_store(&sess->tree_conns, tree_conn->id, tree_conn)
ksmbd_counter_inc(KSMBD_COUNTER_TREE_CONNS)
ksmbd_share_tree_conn_inc(sc)
ksmbd_iov_pin_rsp // fail
status.ret = KSMBD_TREE_CONN_STATUS_NOMEM
// do not disconnect tree_conn
Disconnect the new tree connection if ksmbd_iov_pin_rsp() fails. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: stmmac: fix dma mapping leak in stmmac_tso_xmit()
In stmmac_tso_xmit(), if the DMA mapping of an skb fragment fails, the
frame is dropped but the DMA mappings already created for the linear
part and for the fragments mapped before the failure are never
unmapped, leaking DMA mappings.
Fix the leak by walking back over the descriptors used by the frame and
releasing each of them with stmmac_free_tx_buffer(). Moreover, release
the descriptors with stmmac_release_tx_desc() unmapping the DMA buffers. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ipmr: account multicast table and route memory
A netadmin in a user+net namespace can create many IPv4 and IPv6
multicast routing tables with MRT_TABLE and MRT6_TABLE. Each unseen
id allocates an mr_table via the shared mr_table_alloc(), links it
into the per-net list, and leaves it until netns teardown. Those
objects were not charged to memcg, so the host unreclaimable slab
grows with the table count.
Account mr_table allocations with GFP_KERNEL_ACCOUNT and mark the
IPv4/IPv6 MFC caches SLAB_ACCOUNT. This matches the established
handling of IP addresses, routes and alternate interface names.
Unresolved MFC entries are still allocated from softIRQ with
GFP_ATOMIC and are not charged. They expire after 10 seconds and are
bounded by the socket receive queue; see commit 0079ad8e8dc3
("ipmr: remove hard code cache_resolve_queue_len limit"). |
