| CVE-2026-63941 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-22 | 8.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: arm64: Correctly cap ZCR_EL2 provided by a guest hypervisor ZCR_EL2 can be updated by a VHE guest hypervisor either using ZCR_EL2 (which traps) or ZCR_EL1 (which does not trap). KVM handles both in different way: - on ZCR_EL2 trap, ZCR_EL2.LEN is immediately capped at the VM's own VL limit. This has the potential to break existing SW that relies on the full LEN field to be stateful. - on ZCR_EL1 access, we do absolutely nothing. On restoring the SVE context for an L2 guest, we directly restore the guest hypervisor's view of ZCR_EL2 into the physical ZCR_EL2. If the guest's view of the register was updated using the ZCR_EL2 accessor, the value has already been sanitised (with the caveat mentioned above). But if the guest used ZCR_EL1, the raw value is written into the HW, and the L2 guest can now access VLs that it shouldn't. Fix all the above by moving the VL capping to the restore points, ensuring that: - the HW is always programmed with a capped value, irrespective of the accessor being used, - the ZCR_EL2.LEN field is always completely stateful, irrespective of the accessor being used. Additionally, move ZCR_EL2 to be a sanitised register, ensuring that only the LEN field is actually stateful. This requires some creative construction of the RES0 mask, as the sysreg generation script does not yet generate RAZ/WI fields. [maz: rewrote commit message, tidy up access_zcr_el2()] | ||||

| CVE-2026-76505 | 1 Cisco | 1 Ios Xr Software | 2026-10-22 | 7.5 High |
| A vulnerability in the IPv4 packet processing functionality of Cisco IOS XR Software that affects Cisco ASR 9000 and 9900 Series Aggregation Services Routers as well as Cisco ASR 9902 and 9903 Compact High-Performance Routers could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause network processor (NP) errors, resulting in a line card reset or shutdown and a denial of service (DoS) condition. This vulnerability is due to the incorrect handling of crafted IPv4 packets that are received on an affected line card interface and processed as for-us traffic. The issue can result in an NP reset, causing traffic loss on the affected line card while it recovers. Under repeated reset conditions, the network processor may enter a persistent shutdown state, in which case an explicit line card reload may be required to restore traffic. The vulnerability is within the IPv4 packet-processing path. Transit IPv4 traffic does not trigger this issue and IPv6 traffic cannot trigger it. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76476 | 1 Cisco | 4 Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Emergency Responder, Unified Communications Manager Im And Presence Service and 1 more | 2026-10-22 | 8.8 High |

This review resulted in software hardening releases that address multiple internally discovered vulnerabilities. The vulnerabilities tracked by CVE-2026-76476 are related to issues concerning improper input validation that are grouped under the Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE) Class CWE-20. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114348 | 2026-10-22 | 5.3 Medium | ||
| webpack-dev-server is a development server that provides live reloading for webpack projects. In versions from 5.1.0 before 5.2.7 and in version 6.0.0, the unauthenticated open-editor endpoint validates the Host header with a regular expression meant for browser Origin schemes, so a Host value beginning with file: or with an extension scheme short-circuits the hostname and allowedHosts checks. A network peer that can reach the dev server can send a request with a malformed Host that passes validation and then causes the endpoint's URL construction to throw, and in the default non-production mode the server returns an HTTP 500 body containing the full exception stack trace, which discloses absolute filesystem paths, installed module locations, and internal source line numbers. The server keeps running, so there is no denial of service. The issue is fixed in webpack-dev-server 5.2.7 and 6.1.0, and users should upgrade to one of those versions or later. | ||||
| CVE-2026-113235 | 1 Google | 1 Chrome | 2026-10-22 | 9.6 Critical |

| CVE-2026-106491 | 2 Backstage, Linuxfoundation | 4 Backstage, Plugin-proxy-backend, Backstage and 1 more | 2026-10-22 | 6.4 Medium |
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 0.6.17, the @backstage/plugin-proxy-backend package is affected by improper input validation in proxy-backend. An authenticated Backstage user could craft a request URL that causes the proxy-backend to forward the request to a path outside the configured base path on the target server. This is limited to target servers already configured as proxy endpoints and requires Backstage authentication by default. This issue is fixed in version 0.6.17. | ||||
