| CVE-2026-96855 | 1 Microsoft | 18 Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2, Windows 10 21h2 and 15 more | 2026-10-20 | 5.5 Medium |
| Improper access control in Windows Modern Device Management (MDM) allows an authorized attacker to perform tampering locally. | ||||
| CVE-2026-104915 | 2 Kodezen, Wordpress-extensions | 2 Academy Lms, Academy Lms | 2026-10-20 | 6.5 Medium |
| The Academy LMS – AI Course Builder, Quizzes, Certificates & eLearning plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.3. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to permanently delete arbitrary Academy lesson comments and their replies authored by any user, including administrators, across courses they do not instruct. This is exploitable by any user registered as an Academy instructor for at least one course, as they can supply their own course_id to pass the instructor check while targeting comments belonging to entirely different courses. | ||||
| CVE-2026-72061 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-19 | 8.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: sit: require CAP_NET_ADMIN in the device netns for changelink ipip6_changelink() operates on at most two netns, dev_net(dev) and the tunnel link netns t->net. They differ once the device is created in or moved to a netns other than the one the request runs in. The rtnl changelink path checks CAP_NET_ADMIN only against dev_net(dev), so a caller privileged there but not in t->net can rewrite a tunnel that lives in t->net. Gate ipip6_changelink() on rtnl_dev_link_net_capable() at its top, before any attribute is parsed. sit was the one tunnel type not covered by the recent series that added this check to the other changelink() handlers. | ||||

| CVE-2026-72049 | 1 Linux | 2 Kernel, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-19 | 7.1 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ieee802154: admin-gate legacy LLSEC dump operations In net/ieee802154/netlink.c, the legacy IEEE802154_NL family ops table builds the LLSEC dump entries (LLSEC_LIST_KEY, LLSEC_LIST_DEV, LLSEC_LIST_DEVKEY, LLSEC_LIST_SECLEVEL) with IEEE802154_DUMP() which sets no .flags, so generic netlink runs them ungated. The modern nl802154 family admin-gates the equivalent reads via NL802154_CMD_GET_SEC_KEY and friends with .flags = GENL_ADMIN_PERM. Any local uid that can open AF_NETLINK / NETLINK_GENERIC can resolve the "802.15.4 MAC" family and dump LLSEC_LIST_KEY on any wpan netdev that has an LLSEC key installed; the dump handler writes the raw 16-byte AES-128 key bytes (IEEE802154_ATTR_LLSEC_KEY_BYTES, copied verbatim from struct ieee802154_llsec_key.key) into the reply. Recovering the AES key compromises 802.15.4 LLSEC link confidentiality and authenticity, since LLSEC uses CCM* and the same key authenticates and encrypts frames. Impact: any local uid with no capabilities can read the raw 16-byte AES-128 LLSEC key from the kernel keytable on any wpan netdev that has an administrator-installed LLSEC key, by issuing an LLSEC_LIST_KEY dump on the legacy IEEE802154_NL generic-netlink family. Introduce IEEE802154_DUMP_PRIV() mirroring IEEE802154_DUMP() but setting .flags = GENL_ADMIN_PERM, and use it for the four LLSEC dump entries. LIST_PHY and LIST_IFACE retain IEEE802154_DUMP() because the modern nl802154 family exposes their equivalents to unprivileged readers by design (NL802154_CMD_GET_WPAN_PHY and NL802154_CMD_GET_INTERFACE carry "can be retrieved by unprivileged users" annotations). | ||||
| CVE-2026-68294 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-19 | 8.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: qrtr: restrict socket creation to the initial network namespace QRTR keeps its entire port and node state in module-global variables that are not partitioned per network namespace: qrtr_local_nid is a single global node id (always 1) and qrtr_ports is a single global xarray. qrtr_port_lookup() and qrtr_local_enqueue() operate on that global state with no network-namespace check, and qrtr_create() places no restriction on the namespace a socket is created in. As a result an unprivileged process that creates an AF_QIPCRTR socket in a separate network namespace, e.g. via unshare(CLONE_NEWUSER | CLONE_NEWNET), can send QRTR datagrams - including control-plane messages such as QRTR_TYPE_NEW_SERVER - to QRTR sockets owned by another namespace, and vice versa. The receiving socket sees such a message as coming from node id 1, indistinguishable from a legitimate local client, breaking the isolation that network namespaces are expected to provide. QRTR is a transport to global hardware endpoints (the modem and other remote processors) and has no per-namespace semantics; its in-kernel name service already creates its socket in init_net only. Confine the socket family to the initial network namespace, as other non-namespace-aware socket families do (see llc_ui_create() and the ieee802154 socket code). | ||||
| CVE-2026-112778 | 1 Traefik | 1 Traefik | 2026-10-19 | N/A |
| Traefik before 2.11.46, 3.x before 3.6.17, and 3.7.0 lack namespace validation for Ingress and Service annotations in the Kubernetes Ingress provider, allowing references to Middlewares, ServersTransports, and TLSOptions in other namespaces. Attackers able to create or update Ingress or Service resources in one namespace can set router.middlewares or service.serverstransport annotations to obtain another tenant's injected credentials or reuse its client certificates, bypassing namespace-based tenant isolation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111897 | 1 Phpmyfaq | 1 Phpmyfaq | 2026-10-19 | 7.1 High |
| phpMyFAQ 4.2.0-alpha before 4.2.0-beta contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows category-restricted editors to manage attachments of FAQs outside their categories by supplying arbitrary record IDs. Attackers in medium permission mode can send upload or delete requests with a target record_id or attachment ID to tamper with or remove files on unauthorized FAQs. | ||||
| CVE-2026-108373 | 1 Frappe | 1 Erpnext | 2026-10-19 | 6.5 Medium |
| ERPNext is a free and open source Enterprise Resource Planning tool. Prior to 15.118.0 and 16.27.0, certain endpoints in the Sales Person-wise Transaction Summary report fail to enforce proper authorization checks. When a role-limited authenticated user requests the affected financial report, the query can query financial transaction rows without applying the requesting user's document permission match conditions. This allows the user to read financial data beyond the user's permitted role. This issue is fixed in versions 15.118.0 and 16.27.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111046 | 1 Fossbilling | 1 Fossbilling | 2026-10-19 | N/A |
| FOSSBilling is an open source billing and client-management platform. From 0.8.4 until 0.8.6, hasManagePermission fails open for inactive non-core modules because its early return on !isExtensionActive skips the module-access and manage_settings checks. A low-privileged staff account with module-level extension access targets a deactivated non-core module through extension/config_get or extension/config_save. The account can call api/admin/extension/config_get or api/admin/extension/config_save for a deactivated non-core module to read decrypted retained extension secrets and overwrite stored extension configuration. The getConfig function returns the decrypted stored configuration despite the module's inactive state. This residual path remained after the earlier CVE-2026-62962 authorization fix. This issue is fixed in version 0.8.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111937 | 1 Frappe | 2 Crm, Frappe Crm | 2026-10-19 | 5.4 Medium |
| Frappe CRM before 1.81.2 contains a missing authorization vulnerability that allows authenticated Sales Users to access other users' CRM Notification records due to absent permission hooks. Attackers can query frappe.client endpoints filtering on to_user or call mark_as_read with another user argument to read, mark read, or delete others' notifications. | ||||
| CVE-2026-68142 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-19 | 8.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: geneve: require CAP_NET_ADMIN in the device netns for changelink A tunnel changelink() operates on at most two netns, dev_net(dev) and the sticky underlay netns geneve->net. They differ once the device is created in or moved to a netns other than the one the request runs in. The rtnl changelink path checks CAP_NET_ADMIN only against dev_net(dev), so a caller privileged there but not in geneve->net can rewrite a geneve device whose underlay lives in geneve->net. geneve_changelink() applies the new configuration against geneve->net: geneve_link_config() and the geneve_quiesce()/geneve_unquiesce() pair reopen the underlay sockets in that netns (geneve_sock_add() uses geneve->net), so the same reasoning as the tunnel changelink series applies here. Gate geneve_changelink() with rtnl_dev_link_net_capable(), at the top of the op before any attribute is parsed, matching ipgre_changelink() and the rest of the "require CAP_NET_ADMIN in the device netns for changelink" series. | CVE-2026-64298 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-19 | 7.1 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: NFSv4: include MAY_WRITE in open permission mask for O_TRUNC POSIX requires write permission to truncate a file, so an open() that specifies O_TRUNC must be authorized for write access regardless of the O_ACCMODE access mode. nfs_open_permission_mask() builds the access mask passed to nfs_may_open(), which is the local authorization gate for OPENs the client serves itself from a cached write delegation via the can_open_delegated() path in nfs4_try_open_cached(). The mask is derived from O_ACCMODE alone, so an open(O_RDONLY | O_TRUNC) against a file the caller cannot write requests only MAY_READ and passes the local check. The OPEN is then satisfied locally and the truncation is issued to the server as a SETATTR(size=0) over the delegation stateid, which the server accepts under standard write-delegation semantics. POSIX requires that this open fail with EACCES. Include MAY_WRITE in the mask whenever O_TRUNC is set so the local check matches the access the server would have enforced. | ||||
| CVE-2026-63921 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-19 | 8.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ip6: vti: Use ip6_tnl.net in vti6_siocdevprivate(). After patch 1/2 in this series, vti6_update() unlinks and relinks the tunnel through t->net. vti6_siocdevprivate() still uses dev_net(dev) for the collision lookup. For a tunnel moved through IFLA_NET_NS_FD, dev_net(dev) is the new netns, not t->net. SIOCCHGTUNNEL on a migrated tunnel then runs: net = dev_net(dev) /* migrated netns */ t = vti6_locate(net, &p1, false) /* misses target in t->net */ ... t = netdev_priv(dev) vti6_update(t, &p1, false) /* mutates t->net's hash */ A caller in the migrated netns picks params that match a tunnel in the creation netns. The lookup in dev_net(dev) finds nothing. vti6_update() prepends the migrated tunnel at the head of the creation netns hash bucket for those params. Later lookups in the creation netns resolve to the migrated device. xfrm receive delivers the matched packets through a device the caller controls. Reachable from an unprivileged user namespace (unshare --user --map-root-user --net). Cross tenant scope on container hosts. Switch the SIOCCHGTUNNEL path on a non fallback device to use t->net for the lookup. The lookup now matches the netns vti6_update() operates on. Also add ns_capable(self->net->user_ns, CAP_NET_ADMIN) before the lookup. The check at the top of the case is against dev_net(dev)->user_ns, which after migration is the attacker's netns. A caller there can pick params absent from self->net, the lookup returns NULL, t becomes self, and vti6_update() inserts the device into the creation netns hash. The new check requires CAP_NET_ADMIN in the creation netns user_ns too. SIOCADDTUNNEL and SIOCCHGTUNNEL on the fallback device keep dev_net(dev), which equals init_net there. | ||||
| CVE-2026-63914 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-19 | 7.3 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: xfrm: route MIGRATE notifications to caller's netns xfrm_send_migrate() in net/xfrm/xfrm_user.c and pfkey_send_migrate() in net/key/af_key.c both hardcode &init_net for the multicast that announces a successful XFRM_MSG_MIGRATE / SADB_X_MIGRATE. XFRM_MSG_MIGRATE arrives on a per-netns NETLINK_XFRM socket, and the rest of the xfrm/af_key netlink path was made netns-aware in 2008. The other 14 multicast paths in xfrm_user.c route their event using xs_net(x), xp_net(xp) or sock_net(skb->sk); only the migrate path was missed. Two consequences of the init_net hardcoding: 1. The notification (selector, old/new endpoint addresses, and the km_address) is delivered to listeners on init_net's XFRMNLGRP_MIGRATE / pfkey BROADCAST_ALL groups rather than on the issuing netns. An IKE daemon running in init_net therefore receives migration notifications originating from any other netns on the host. 2. An IKE daemon running inside a non-init netns and subscribed to its own XFRMNLGRP_MIGRATE / pfkey groups never receives the notification of its own migration. IKEv2 MOBIKE / address-update handling inside a netns is silently broken. Thread struct net through km_migrate() and the xfrm_mgr.migrate function pointer, drop the &init_net override in xfrm_send_migrate() and pfkey_send_migrate(), and pass the caller's net (already in scope in xfrm_migrate() via sock_net(skb->sk)) all the way down. struct xfrm_mgr is in-tree only and not exported as a stable API, so the function-pointer signature change is internal. pfkey_broadcast() is already netns-aware via net_generic(net, pfkey_net_id) since the pernet conversion. The five other pfkey_broadcast() callers in af_key.c already pass xs_net(x), sock_net(sk) or a per-netns net, so this only removes the &init_net outlier. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109750 | 1 Mozilla | 1 Firefox | 2026-10-19 | 9.6 Critical |
| Site isolation issue in the DOM: Web Authentication component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 158 and Thunderbird 158. | ||||
