| SumatraPDF is a multi-format reader for Windows. In 3.6.1 and earlier, ChmFile::GetCharZ() narrows file-controlled unsigned string offsets from /#WINDOWS and /#IVB to signed integers without a lower-bound check. An offset that becomes negative can make the function read before the /#STRINGS buffer, causing deterministic application termination. No broader impact is claimed beyond the advisory-supported conditions. No fixed version is available as of this review. | ||||

| fast-jwt provides fast JSON Web Token (JWT) implementation. Prior to 6.3.0, fast-jwt createVerifier accepts a validly signed JWT whose payload is a JSON array because src/decoder.js checks that the payload is an object but does not reject arrays. The claim validator loop then finds no named exp, nbf, iss, aud, sub, jti, or nonce properties and silently skips those configured checks, returning the array as a successfully verified payload. An attacker who can produce or influence a validly signed token may bypass expiry, issuer, audience, subject, revocation, and replay protections. The opt-in requiredClaims option can block missing claims, and signature verification itself is not bypassed. This issue is fixed in version 6.3.0. | ||||

| A flaw was found in Eye of GNOME (eog). A heap-based buffer overflow exists in the PNG metadata reader due to improper state handling when parsing split metadata chunks. | FreeScout is a self-hosted help desk and shared mailbox. Prior to 1.8.235, when APP_CLOUDFLARE_IS_USED is enabled, FreeScout trusts an unvalidated CF-Connecting-IP header during failed login attempts and stores the spoofed value in the activity log. LogsMonitor inserts the value into an administrator alert email without HTML escaping, allowing injected HTML to execute when an administrator opens the email. This issue is fixed in version 1.8.235. | ||||

| msgpack5 is a msgpack v5 implementation for node.js and the browser. Prior to 6.1.0, constructing msgpack5 with an empty or partial options object disables the default protoAction: 'error' protection. A decoded map containing a __proto__ key can then replace the decoded object's prototype, potentially changing inherited properties or downstream behavior, although Object.prototype is not modified globally. | Astron Agent is an agentic workflow platform for building and running AI agents. Prior to 1.1.2, the default workflow code-node path through /console-api/workflow/code/run and /workflow/v1/run selects LocalExecutor in core/workflow/engine/nodes/code/code_node.py when CODE_EXEC_TYPE is not explicitly changed. LocalExecutor supplies complete Python builtins to dynamic code execution without the documented sandbox restrictions. An authenticated low-privilege tenant can execute code as root in the core-workflow container and use shared service and database credentials to bypass application-level tenant checks, read or modify other tenants' data, and disrupt shared services. | RIOT is an open-source microcontroller operating system designed for Internet of Things devices and other embedded systems. In 2026.07 and earlier, _receive() in sys/net/gnrc/network_layer/sixlowpan/gnrc_sixlowpan.c can route an undersized packet into SFF fragment handling after only a minimal payload check. The code then interprets the packet as a sixlowpan_frag_t or larger fragment header without verifying that the packet snip contains the required bytes. A remote attacker can send a malformed 6LoWPAN fragment that causes gnrc_sixlowpan_frag_recv() to read beyond the packet buffer, potentially disclosing memory and crashing the network stack.
