| CVE-2026-114609 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Fpdf2 | 2026-10-29 | 5.8 Medium |
| fpdf2 is a PDF creation library for Python. Prior to 2.8.8, fpdf2's shared image loader automatically dereferences attacker-controlled HTTP(S) URLs and raw local paths supplied through FPDF.image(), FPDF.write_html() HTML <img src> values, SVG <image href> or xlink:href values, and template image fields. This can cause outbound requests to attacker-selected internal or external services and local file open attempts, although local content is exposed only when it is a valid supported image or SVG resource. file:// URLs are not specially handled, so the local-path case requires a raw filesystem path. This issue is fixed in version 2.8.8. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114605 | 1 Rthalley | 1 Dnspython | 2026-10-29 | 7.5 High |
| dnspython is a DNS toolkit for Python. Prior to 2.9.0, dns.name.from_wire_parser follows attacker-controlled DNS compression pointer chains without a hop limit. A malicious DNS wire-format message can force excessive pointer traversal during name decompression, causing high CPU use, application degradation, or denial of service in applications that process untrusted DNS messages. This issue is fixed in version 2.9.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114603 | 1 Opentelemetry | 1 Opentelemetry-python | 2026-10-29 | 5.3 Medium |
| OpenTelemetry Python provides the Python API and SDK for OpenTelemetry. Prior to 1.45.1, the opentelemetry-api function TraceState.from_header in opentelemetry/trace/span.py, reached through TraceContextTextMapPropagator.extract, parses inbound W3C tracestate headers with an unbounded optional-whitespace regular expression. A malformed header containing a long run of spaces or tabs without a following comma causes quadratic backtracking before the member-count limit is applied. Services using the default W3C Trace Context propagator can therefore spend excessive CPU time on one unauthenticated request when the HTTP server, parser, gateway, or custom carrier accepts a sufficiently large header. The processing can occupy a synchronous worker or delay unrelated requests on the same asynchronous event loop. The impact is limited to availability and does not expose or modify telemetry data or allow code execution. This issue is fixed in version 1.45.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-97019 | 2026-10-29 | 7.2 High | ||
| The AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'headline-*' Shortcode Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.17 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. A Subscriber-level user can store a malicious shortcode in their biographical info field; because WordPress core's wp_filter_kses() only strips HTML tags and not shortcode syntax, and because AMP content sanitizers run before do_shortcode() processes the archive description, the synthesized markup is never post-sanitized. | ||||
| CVE-2026-93862 | 1 Watchguard | 1 Fireware Os | 2026-10-29 | N/A |
| An out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the FireCluster Sync processing allows an attacker positioned on the cluster interconnect, such as a compromised cluster peer or an on-path network attacker, to repeatedly crash the firewall's cluster synchronization process by sending specially crafted network traffic, resulting in a sustained denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92797 | 2026-10-29 | 8.8 High | ||
| The MemberPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in versions up to, and including, 1.14.1. This is due to a bypassable nonce verification check in the save_profile_fields() function that uses an isset() condition at line 1119, allowing the security check to be completely bypassed by simply omitting the nonce parameter from the request. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to change authenticated users' email addresses via a forged request granted they can trick an authenticated user into performing an action such as clicking on a link, leading to account takeover through password reset functionality. | ||||

| CVE-2026-85655 | 2 Shortpixel, Wordpress-extensions | 2 Enable Media Replace, Enable Media Replace | 2026-10-29 | 4.3 Medium |
| The Enable Media Replace plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 4.2.2. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to modify the post_content of any published post referencing the replaced media — including Administrator-owned posts — making changes immediately visible to unauthenticated visitors. The doReplaceQuery() method performs a database-wide search-and-replace across all posts containing the old media URL without any per-post capability check, meaning a single Author-triggered request can silently overwrite a large number of posts that WordPress's standard admin UI and REST API would otherwise forbid that user from editing. | ||||
| CVE-2026-84999 | 2026-10-29 | 9.8 Critical | ||
| The Pie Register Premium plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Unrestricted File Type Upload in all versions up to, and including, 3.8.4.0 via the piereg_file_upload function. This is due to the plugin performing file type validation via wp_check_filetype and wp_check_filetype_and_ext but never checking whether those validation calls produced errors before move_uploaded_file() is called, combined with no nonce or capability check on the AJAX handler. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload files of dangerous types (e.g. PHP scripts) that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. The server returns the generated destination filename in the response, giving the attacker the exact path needed to trigger the uploaded file. | ||||
| CVE-2026-77871 | 2026-10-29 | 6.4 Medium | ||
| The Post Snippets – Custom WordPress Code Snippets Customizer plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Shortcode Attributes in all versions up to, and including, 4.2.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Entity-encoded payloads such as <script>...</script> survive WordPress's wp_kses_post on-save sanitization because kses does not decode HTML entities, and are only converted back into executable HTML tags at render time by the plugin's own shortcode filter. This requires snippet shortcodes to be enabled. | ||||
| CVE-2026-77188 | 2026-10-29 | 6.4 Medium | ||
| The Waitlist Woocommerce ( Back in stock notifier ) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'type' Shortcode Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 2.9.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The wp_kses_post filter applied on contributor post save does not prevent this vulnerability because shortcode attribute values are not HTML and pass through kses unchanged; the payload is materialized only at render time when the shortcode is expanded. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76780 | 2026-10-29 | 6.3 Medium | ||
| The Beyondseo plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access in versions up to, and including, 1.3.6. This is due to the plugin permanently granting the 'rankingcoach_write_redirectManager' (and sibling rankingcoach_write_* module capabilities) to the Contributor role via BaseModule::defineCapabilities(), whose default role list includes 'contributor', combined with the module's REST endpoints (registered through BaseSubmoduleApi::registerRouteCreate/registerRouteEdit/registerRouteDelete) authorizing state-changing requests solely through checkPermissionsPost(), which only calls current_user_can('rankingcoach_write_<module>') and performs no admin capability, ownership, or additional nonce check inside the callback. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to elevate their privileges to effectively that of an Administrator with respect to site-wide redirect management — creating, updating, or deleting 301/302 redirects that RedirectManagerHooks::handleRedirects() executes for every frontend visitor on template_redirect, allowing hijacking of arbitrary paths (including /checkout, /wp-login. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76005 | 2026-10-29 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| The WP Inventory Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based SQL Injection via 'sort_order' Shortcode Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 2.5.5 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. This can be exploited by a Contributor via the [wpinventory_categories] shortcode embedded in a draft post rendered through preview, without requiring the post to be published. | ||||
